Formed in 2007 they provide consulting and forest management services for properties ranging from 40 acres to in excess of 125,000 acres in East Texas and Southwest Louisiana. The staff has over 100 years of experience in the forest business. In addition to forest management, they have members that specialize in the areas of real estate, conservation and surface issues regarding oil and gas exploration.
Crosby Mineral Company, L.L.C. is 100% owned by Crosby Land and Resources. Crosby Mineral Company, L.L.C. oversees all outside oil and gas investing by the Company and is responsible for presenting investments to Managing Members of Crosby Land & Resources, L.L.C.
